We organize trainings, offer internship opportunities, provide constant feedback and support self-reflection of the participants. The program offers refugee a better chance to start their career in the food industry, both as working in restaurant or establishing their own enterprise. We will also establish a social enterprise together with the refugees, which will do catering, participates in food festivals and offer cultural workshops &#8211; all while being led by refugees and migrants.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">International House has worked with refugees from 2016, including offering opportunities and developing skills in food industry, organizing food festivals, catering etc. Now we will open the program in several Estonian cities, mainly in Tallinn and South-Estonia, but also in other cities where refugees live.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"color: #000000;
