HIKES IN TAEVASKOJA<\/strong><\/p>\n

Taevaskoja is a beautiful destination of Southern Estonia and in December 2018 – January 2019 there\u00b4s a couple of hikes:<\/p>\n

22.12.2018, SATURDAY<\/strong><\/p>\n

11.00 – 13.00<\/p>\n

Kick-sledge hike, 6-7 km in Ahja Valley most beautiful spots. We\u00b4ll have a guide taking us through the winter forest, we\u00b4ll have a break in the middle, will drink some tea, rest our legs and get back. The hike is suitable for everyone, lasts approx 2 hours. Meeting place will be sent to those who register!
Price: 20\u20ac adult, 15\u20ac child (6-16 y.o.)<\/p>\n

You should take warm, windproof layered clothes, hat, scarf and gloves, sturdy and warm boots. Please take a small backpack and get a thermos with warm tea or cocoa.  To participate, click on “Going” (\u201cOsalen\u201d) in FB event<\/a> and send information about how many people are coming to info@matkajuht.ee or call  56678113.

Kick sledge hike in Taevaskoja<\/strong><\/p>\n

Kick-sledge hike, 6-7 km in Ahja Valley most beautiful spots. Kick sledges have LED lights, so it\u00b4s really beautiful to move through the darkness, lighting the nature around you!<\/p>\n

Christmas hike: Estonian mountains – LIFE IS AN AFVENTURE!<\/strong><\/p>\n

WHOLE DAY<\/p>\n

Every year, on 25th of December, hundreds of people come to Haanja to walk the 20 highest mountains of Estonia.<\/p>\n

The hike is open to everyone, but please register<\/a> (the hike you need is called in Estonian 20 K\u00d5RGEMAT M\u00c4GE).<\/p>\n

Things to know: Ekstreempark does not really organize anything except that we are there on 25th and if you want to join, you are welcome! It\u00b4s a FREE event and no one is really responsible for carrying it out, nether are there any very clear end times, and everyone takes care of themselves and the people around them.<\/p>\n

If you need something… take it with you! If you want to stop in the middle, you are responsible yourself for getting out of the forest and getting home.  <\/p>\n

If you want to get a ma with all the control points marked, you can get it on the spot. A map + plastic bad costs 2\u20ac – paid in cash, on the spot. It makes a nice memory and swill save your life if you get lost in the forest \ud83d\ude42 <\/p>\n

You should definitely have HEAD TORCH and extra batteries – it will get dark towards the end! It\u00b4s a hike of 7-10 hours, and the length is 25 km. You shoudl definitely have warm, water- and wind-proof winter clothes, good shoes and some snacks and warm drink with you!<\/p>\n

We meet 9.00 in Haanja and start moving 10.00. <\/p>\n
