The last week of July 2022 brought together artists and community community activists from Estonia, Denmark, Lithuania, Sweden and Latvia to Tartu to discuss the diverse ways of connecting with the communities through arts and co-creation.
After the meeting in Estonia, inspired by each other´s experiences, we all continued working with the communities, and ultimately, the experiences from the workshop and following work were compiled together into a written material Communities and arts: food for thought for artists working with communities.

We are extremely grateful for all people who did contribute and hope this material can serve as an inspiration also for you!

The project was funded by Nordic Council of Ministers’ through the grant program for Nordic-Baltic NGO cooperation.
